A Week In Oregon

With a free plane ride dropped in our laps, Tracy and I took off to visit the family, see some sights, and climb some rocks in Oregon for a week. In this album are photos from our flight down, a visit to the beach at Indian Cove, the Portland Zoo, and Smith Rock State Park.

  • Tracy is thrilled at the opportunity to make a new friend.
  • Tracy's new friend gets a little bit mad, frothing at the mouth and struggling to get free.
  • Tracy's head-crab clings tight, wishing it was anywhere but here.  Our barnacle-faced friend was happy to be returned to his rocky shelter unharmed.

  • The dark forest floor is home to a whole lot of tiny creatures, one of which is spotlighted by light filtered through clouds and branches.
