Another busy week without a lot of time committed to this project led to a slapped together shot on Saturday night. I skimmed google for ideas and am actually pretty happy with this one and how it turned out. I used a white clothes locker as a softbox and filled it with light from the speedlight with the camera on the same angle. I wanted myself spotlighted a bit softly and separated from the background with a strong vignetting on the white wall behind me, and this setup accomplished that perfectly with one strobe, a locker, and a wall. After that it was just a matter of turning it black and white, masking a bit of that for color, and the hardest part was adding in the spray.
