I had a different plan for this week, but then every way was thoroughly exhausting and we wound up at the perfect crag for another idea in my head, so I did this instead. My angles were a bit limited for this shot, I wish I could have gotten a little more off to the left, but as always I don't have a helicopter so here I am up in a tree again. The camera is secured to a branch about thirty feet up using a gorilla pod and backed up with accessory cord. (My wife Tracy is visible here just behind the gorilla pod's arm starting her climb.) I set up the wireless remote to shoot a photo every five seconds and headed up the rock, and then layered it all together in photoshop later utilizing the images closest together without overlapping, and discarding the rest. The result isn't as great as my vision, but hey, I was tired.
