  • One side business around the coffee core business is that of producing honey. This room contains several thousand pounds of honey waiting to be processed and bottled for sale.

  • In the factory's lab, technicians described the process of analyzing each batch of coffee beans for factors including smell, taste, and a few other obscure details that these dedicated professionals are very particular about. Feedback makes its way back to the farmers themselves, as well as ensuring a quality product from the factory.
